About the Position

You will work on the entire tender process, from identifying tenders to producing, project managing, and quality assuring bids in both public and private sectors. The focus of the role will be on LOU. The position also includes implementing and following up on existing contracts.
In the Tender Support role, you will primarily work on:
* Coordinating and responsible for responding to tenders according to company guidelines and set goals
* Quality follow-up after completed tenders and contribute to process improvements
* Ensuring local customer contracts are continuously updated regarding price adjustments and product range
The overall responsibility for contracts and tenders lies with the Sales Support Manager.
Who Are You?
You either have a high school education focused on economics or sales, or you have a post-secondary vocational education in public procurement or purchasing.
You can be a recent graduate or have a few years of relevant work experience. The position can be adapted to your background and experience.
We consider the following valuable:
* Post-secondary education (e.g., vocational college or university) in purchasing, public procurement, economics, law, or similar
* 1-3 years of relevant work experience in tender processes
* Experience or good understanding of LOU and public procurement
* Excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Previous experience with systems like TendSign, Mercell, and/or Proceedo is a plus.
