About the position
Our client is a well-established player in the Nordic finance industry, collaborating with several well-known brands. They provide services to both private and corporate clients, managing over a million customer interactions annually via phone, email, and social media.
As a customer service representative, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering a first-class service experience to Finnish-speaking customers. You will handle incoming inquiries via both email and phone, assisting customers with everything from invoices and transactions to complaints, credits, and interest-related questions. The role also involves guiding customers through various digital services with a constant focus on accuracy, high quality, and creating a positive customer journey. We will share more about the company during the first interview.
WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for someone with a strong service focus, goal-oriented, and who enjoys working in a team. You are responsible, professional in your interactions, and eager to develop. You are also technically curious and comfortable guiding customers in digital services.
Furthermore, we would like you to have:
• A high school diploma
• A few years of work experience
• Experience in customer service or another service/sales role
• Fluency in Finnish, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written.
It is advantageous if you speak additional Nordic languages, but this is not a requirement.
