We are looking to fill seven permanent positions in our workgroups: • Sjöbo 1/2 (day and evening) • Sjöbo 3/4 (evening) • Blentarps home care service (evening) In our home care service, we work every day to provide our clients with security, care, and a dignified life in their own homes. We have several workgroups that together create a work environment where both employees and clients thrive. In the spring of 2026, several of our workgroups will move to the newly established Home Care House – a modern and pleasant workplace with offices, changing rooms, and break rooms. Here, the day starts with community and planning before we head out to meet clients, either in the town of Sjöbo or in surrounding areas, depending on which group you belong to. To create flexibility and security, we work with co-planning shifts across different planning areas. This means that we collaborate across boundaries when needed, ensuring that work runs smoothly even in the event of absences. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In the role of a nursing assistant with us in home care, you will work closely with individuals who need support to manage their daily lives and live as independently as possible. The tasks are based in the client's ordinary residence, which means you have independent responsibility while maintaining close contact with your team and providing relevant feedback. Examples of tasks include: • Personal care such as dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, meals, and mobility assistance. • Medical interventions as directed by a nurse, according to delegation, administering medications, dressing wounds, etc. • Practical tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. • Social support including social interaction, outdoor activities, etc. • Documentation and planning, following up on actions in implementation plans, documenting events, and reviewing others' documentation. • Collaboration with nurses, rehabilitation professionals, and other disciplines to provide the best care. • We work with co-planning shifts, which allows us to support each other across area boundaries when needs arise. This is a well-established working method that creates security for both staff and clients. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and is passionate about providing good care. It is desirable that you have your protected professional title or at least have applied for it. The following is required for the position: • B driver's license • Experience with cycling, as work routes may vary depending on the schedule. The following is advantageous: • Experience working in home care. • Previous delegation of health and medical tasks. • We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
