We are expanding our team – not with just one, but with two new assistants who want to come and work with us! Is that you? We are now looking for two additional dedicated personal assistants who want to make a difference for our client in Gråbo (Lerum municipality) and contribute to a safe and meaningful everyday life for a 26-year-old woman. She has extensive care needs and communicates using assistive devices. Although she does not speak, she understands everything that is said. Therefore, good command of Swedish is an important aspect of the job to communicate effectively, follow instructions, and ensure that daily life runs smoothly. The work requires commitment, responsibility, and stability – but it also gives you the opportunity to truly make a difference in someone's life. As her assistant, you ensure that everything functions well, handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally, and contribute to a meaningful and secure life for the person you assist.
--> The positions are two part-time employment opportunities of 75% each. The work involves day and evening shifts, awake night shifts, as well as on-call night shifts. You will work in a double-assistant arrangement and need to be a team player who can collaborate.
Who are you? We believe that you:
• Have a natural caring ability and see the little extra things.
• Have previous experience in personal assistance or training as a nursing assistant – preferable but not a requirement.
• Have a driver's license and your own car – preferable, but public transport options are available for those without access to a car.
Important qualities
• Stable and responsible: Takes charge of daily life and handles situations with calmness and professionalism.
• Physical and flexible: Can assist with transfers and practical tasks safely.
• Communication: Experience or interest in alternative communication; good Swedish in both spoken and written forms.
• Personal chemistry and humor: A positive and warm approach, fostering good working relationships.
• Non-smoker: Contributes to a healthy and pleasant working environment.
Scope & Work Arrangement:
• Start date: Immediate.
• Employment rate: The positions include two part-time roles, each at 75%.
• Agreement: Introduction shifts and approximately one month of hourly employment before the regular working hours are assigned, assuming everything goes well. This provides you with a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role.
• Work shifts: Day and evening shifts, awake night shifts, and on-call night shifts, including weekends.

Recruitment Process & Employment Conditions
Recruitment Process
We continuously contact candidates who are suitable for a first interview. The position will be filled when we find the right person, which may happen before the application deadline. Your application will be processed by staff at ENKV assistance, together with the client and any relatives, guardians, or other involved parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a criminal record check is always required.
Child Perspective in Recruitment
At ENKV, we closely follow the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which means that if you are applying for a position that involves working with minors, the recruitment process will include specific steps to ensure that the child's wishes and needs are taken into consideration. Employment where you work with a minor client also includes training on the child perspective.
Employment Conditions
If you progress in the recruitment process, you will need to verify your identity and demonstrate your right to work in Sweden. To sign your employment contract and time reports, you must have a BankID.
