Do you want to work on truly changing people's lives? We are now seeking committed part-time instructors who want to support people on their journey to work or studies for our client in the Stockholm region working in the labor market. Our client operates Rusta och Matcha 2 as a complementary actor to the Public Employment Service, working to help more people find the right path forward. We now need more colleagues who want to be part of their journey. Your Role As an instructor, you will become a crucial link between participants, the labor market, and educational pathways. You will: Conduct individual conversations where you coach and guide each participant based on their unique conditions. Lead group activities focusing on motivation, job searching, interview training, and labor market knowledge. Match participants with relevant employers and educational opportunities, and follow up to ensure they reach their goals. Support and inspire people who sometimes find themselves in tough situations, providing them with the tools they need to succeed. This is work where you make a real difference – every meeting can be decisive for someone's future. Qualifications We are seeking candidates who meet one of the following competency requirements: Option 1 Education: Higher education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the previous system). We look positively on all study orientations that contribute to achieving the service's goal. Work Experience: At least two (2) years of full-time equivalent work experience. Part-time can also be approved if the total working time corresponds to full-time for two (2) years. Option 2 Education: At least one (1) year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least passing results. Post-secondary education refers to university education and various professional training programs, such as qualified vocational education, vocational higher education, military training, and police training. Work Experience: At least three (3) years of full-time equivalent work experience in one or more of the following professions or tasks: Management with personnel responsibility Recruitment Career transition for job seekers Study and career counseling Personnel matter processing (not solely administrative) Work with labor and employment issues Work with social and group psychology Career guidance Part-time can also be approved if the total working time corresponds to full-time for three (3) years.
