About this role

Do you want to change direction and work in sales within the industry? Are you currently working or have you worked in the industry – perhaps as a machine operator or production technician – and feel it’s time to do something new? Now you have the chance to use your technical expertise in a new direction! CARL BECHEM SCANDINAVIA is looking for someone who wants to take the step from the shop floor to a role where you build new relationships, solve customer problems, and work with technical sales in the industrial sector. Who are we looking for? You do not need to have previous sales experience – the most important thing is that you understand the needs of the industry and are driven to create solutions for the customer. You will receive a comprehensive introduction, collaborate with experienced colleagues, and receive support in your development as a technical salesperson. We are looking for someone who: • Has experience from the industry, preferably in cutting machining, manufacturing, or the workshop industry • Is curious about developing in sales and building long-term customer relationships • Is self-motivated, service-oriented, and enjoys finding solutions • Holds a valid driver's license (B) and has good knowledge of Swedish and English Meritorious: • Previous experience in sales Your new everyday life: • As a technical salesperson, you will: • Have contact with both new and existing customers within the industry. • Schedule and conduct customer visits, sales meetings, and work with prospecting. • Work with technical advice and problem-solving. • Work from a home office and are expected to live in or near Västerås, Eskilstuna, Köping, or Arboga. • Receive support from an experienced team and a mentor at the beginning of your journey.
