About the Role
As an occupational therapist in our municipal healthcare, you'll have a varied and independent role working closely with both individuals and the team. You'll conduct assessments, plan and follow up on interventions to support people in their daily lives and contribute to independent living.
You will work within home healthcare, specialized housing, and palliative care, in close collaboration with nurses, physiotherapists, social services administrators, managers, and care staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Independent occupational therapy assessments and interventions
- Planning, implementing, and following up on measures based on individual needs
- Delegating and training care staff in occupational therapy interventions
- Introducing new employees
- Documenting in the LifeCare HSL journal system
- Staying updated in the field and contributing to organizational development
Who Are We Looking For?
To thrive and develop in the role of occupational therapist with us, you need to be comfortable in your role. You should be self-directed and take initiative, with the ability to take responsibility and drive your work forward in a structured manner. You are flexible and can adapt to changing circumstances and individual needs. You need to be service-oriented to contribute to citizen satisfaction. Furthermore, you are relationship-building and collaborative – you value good interactions, easily build trusting relationships with both patients and colleagues, and actively contribute to a positive team climate.
Experience in municipal healthcare is meritorious but not required.
A valid B driver's license is mandatory.

- Working hours are currently daytime, Monday-Friday, covering the entire municipality
