NorthCharge is a comprehensive provider of future energy solutions, helping homeowners, housing associations, and businesses with complete systems for electric vehicle charging, solar energy, and energy storage. We are now seeking an inside sales representative who wants to be part of Sweden's greenest growth journey.
About the Role
As an inside sales representative at NorthCharge, you will have a key role in our expansion.
You will work closely with our Sales Manager, other sales representatives, and project managers to identify areas where we can help more households and businesses take the next step towards smarter energy solutions. A significant part of the work involves telephone communication, where you inform, inspire, and design solutions for charging stations, solar panels, and battery storage.
We believe you will thrive in a role that combines technical interest, customer contact, and business drive. Working hours are 08:00-17:00, but occasional evenings or meetings with customers at their homes may be required.
Your Primary Responsibilities
• Identify priority areas in collaboration with Sales Manager/Department Head
• Call warm leads and conduct some door-to-door presentations in residential areas, introducing NorthCharge and our energy solutions
• Design and quote complete installations
• Follow up on results and contribute to development
We Are Seeking Someone Who
• Is driven, social, and competitive
• Has a professional and trustworthy approach
• Has good computer skills and communicates well in both Swedish and English
Experience in solar energy, electric vehicle charging, energy storage, or telephone sales is a plus.
About the Position
This is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
Start date to be determined by mutual agreement.
