About Humana Sjöstadsgården Humana Sjöstadsgården is a pleasant nursing home with 59 places distributed across four floors – two dementia units and two somatic units. We work from a person-centered approach in teams consisting of nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, where we together create the best conditions for good care and support. Job Description As a nurse at Humana Sjöstadsgården, you will be responsible for care of up to 16 residents and will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating care measures. You are also an important part of the organization's and your colleagues' skills development, as you will educate and mentor care staff when needed. Example tasks include: • Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and care interventions • Manage and follow up documentation and incident reports • Participate in new resident admissions and be responsible for delegating healthcare tasks Employment Details Work Hours and Scope: We offer a permanent position at 79% and a temporary position at 100%. The temporary position runs from January 1st to August 31st. Work hours are daytime, between 07:00–17:00, with weekend shifts every fifth weekend. Salary: According to agreement and collective bargaining terms. Start Date: By arrangement.
