About this role

Are you interested in the fund market and want to contribute to ensuring new regulations are correctly implemented in practice? We are now seeking a dedicated employee for the Fund Supervision unit for a fixed-term position. About the Job In the Fund Supervision unit, we work with supervising the Swedish fund market – an area central to both savers and the national economy. Our mission is to ensure that fund actors comply with regulations, act responsibly, and contribute to a healthy and stable financial market. In 2026, a significant increase in cases is expected due to new regulations, which means fund provisions for most funds will need to be changed. This is estimated to lead to approximately 800-900 cases for Swedish funds, as well as a substantial number of cases for foreign funds and managers. To meet this need, we are now strengthening the Fund Supervision unit with a fixed-term position − an opportunity for you who wants to contribute at a critical stage while gaining valuable experience in fund supervision. You will work with permit cases related to new and amended fund provisions, particularly regarding liquidity tools. You will be responsible for handling cases correctly and efficiently, in close collaboration with colleagues within the unit and legal department lawyers. Depending on your experience, you may also participate in projects related to internal and external communication during the implementation of new regulations. The Fund Supervision unit is responsible for supervising fund companies, AIF managers, funds, and custodian institutions. The work includes ongoing supervision, support in permit cases, participation in regulatory development projects, investigations, policy issues, and international cooperation. The focus is on the fund market from a consumer protection and stability perspective, including sustainability issues.
