We are now seeking a confident and committed leader who is willing to take on the role of Operations Manager for disability care, administration, and staffing for a year, as the current manager will be on parental leave. Your team consists of three unit managers in disability care and five employees in administration and staffing. Your workplace will be located at Kärrsgården. You will report to the Head of Social Services and be part of their management team. In the management team, in addition to this current role, there is the Head of Social Services, a controller, HR, the Operations Manager for elder care and healthcare, and the Operations Manager for individual and family care. RESPONSIBILITIES As the Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for leadership and development within your area of responsibility. Your main tasks include: • Leadership and coordination of unit managers within your area of operation • Responsibility for support functions in administration and staffing • Budget responsibility and resource management • Development and implementation of policies and guidelines QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • Relevant university degree in social work, healthcare, or equivalent education • The ability to develop and implement long-term strategies • Relevant knowledge of legislation pertaining to LSS, SoL, and other applicable regulations • Experience leading other managers is an advantage.
