Health Center Centrum is a workplace located in the heart of Växjö, within walking distance to train and bus stations, and close to both green spaces and the city's vibrant atmosphere. Here, general practitioners, resident and intern doctors, district and registered nurses, medical secretaries, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, rehabilitation coordinators, and psychosocial resources work together to form a stable and effective team. Our health center is growing – the number of registered patients is steadily increasing, and therefore we are now looking for more dedicated employees to join our team.
We can now offer you a temporary position with us. The role involves a developing and exciting job at one of Region Kronoberg's largest public health centers. We prioritize development both individually and as a team, and it is important to us to have fun at work while keeping the patient at the center of our focus. The temporary position will start as soon as possible by agreement and is expected to conclude in March 2027.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will include laboratory work, infection reception, and assisting doctors with various examinations at our clinics. We also have a nursing assistant reception where you will dress wounds, remove sutures, take blood pressure, and more. You will also perform some administrative tasks, and the position may include work at the reception.
Working as a nursing assistant with us is a varied and stimulating job where you will have the opportunity to develop and fully utilize your skills alongside experienced and competent colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. Previous experience in outpatient work or at a health center is advantageous, but personal suitability is the most important factor. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Proficiency in IT is essential.
As a person, you are good at organizing and structuring your time and tasks. You have a strong ability to work independently and take initiative. You can identify what needs to be done and find it easy to collaborate with others. It is a given for you to always strive to provide the best possible care and service to all our patients.
