About the Position
At the Section of Plastic Surgery and Craniofacial Surgery, we participate in reconstructive surgery in a large number of areas, including trauma, burn injuries, and cancer surgery. In tumor care, we currently have close collaboration with breast center, skin tumor center, head and neck cancer, trauma orthopedics, pelvic cancer, and musculoskeletal tumors. We are Sweden's largest center for gender dysphoria surgery.

We offer a unique opportunity to participate in the continued development of highly specialized reconstructive plastic surgery. An important part of our work is developing and measuring quality outcomes and identifying new quality metrics to improve our results and patient flows. As a junior doctor, you will work across all areas of the plastic and craniofacial surgery section. On-call service will be in the form of home standby.
This announcement is for a full-time (100%) temporary position, primarily located in Solna.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Swedish medical license
Meritorious:
- Surgical experience
- Experience in plastic surgery
- PhD
- Interest in research and teaching
- Substantial documented and ongoing research is highly valued
- Genuine interest in quality outcomes
