We are seeking a temporary Junior Doctor for the Women's Clinic in Eskilstuna.
About Us
Mälar Hospital is a county hospital providing medical, surgical, and psychiatric healthcare, both emergency and planned. The Women's Clinic employs approximately 235 staff members. We have around 2,000 births per year and perform approximately 1,200 surgeries, of which about 500 are emergency procedures annually. A new construction project is currently underway at Mälar Hospital, set to be completed by 2025. In entirely new and adapted facilities, the delivery ward and women's department will be located on the same floor as the neonatal unit! We warmly welcome your application!
For the Women's Clinic at Mälar Hospital in Eskilstuna, we are seeking a licensed physician interested in working in women's healthcare. This is an independent role involving examination, investigation, assessment, and treatment of patients in a supportive environment with excellent guidance. We are located a short distance from Stockholm, Västerås, Uppsala, and Örebro.
Your Responsibilities
Tasks will include junior doctor work in outpatient and inpatient settings during daytime hours, weekdays.
Your Qualifications
We seek a physician with a medical license issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare. We also require Swedish language skills equivalent to Swedish high school or C1 level according to the European Framework, both verbally and in writing. Experience working in a surgical department is advantageous. You should have strong collaborative and communication skills, be flexible, and take initiative.

Employment Type
Temporary position with start date by mutual agreement for 6 months.
