About the Role
In your role as Transport Coordinator, you create a positive customer experience by being the face outward when daily interacting with customers and drivers.
You will work with:
- Customer contact
- Emptying planning for new subscribers
- Frequency changes for emptying
- Planning installation/retrieval of bins/containers
- Order planning/printing
- Driver transport management
- Handling deviations
- Investigating cases
To succeed in this, close collaboration with other operations in our company and colleagues in Collection is required. Communication and cooperation are crucial parts of your work, and the role requires understanding and seeing the entire flow in the value chain to achieve the best results together. Work primarily occurs in our business system EDP Future and case management system CRM Lime, with telephone as the primary work tools.
You will be located at our office in Storheden.

- Has good collaboration skills, is responsible and independent
- Easily builds contacts and is passionate about helping customers
- Has strong communication abilities for handling cases and communicating with customers via phone, email, digital channels, and physical visits
- Has good computer skills
