The licensed nurse's specific competence is nursing care. This encompasses both the scientific knowledge area and patient-centered work based on a humanistic view of people. You are responsible for ensuring that our residents' healthcare needs are met.
As a nurse, you are responsible for and lead the nursing work. This means independently, in team collaboration, and in partnership with the resident and their relatives, taking responsibility for assessment, diagnostics, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. An important task is also to guide, support, and educate other care staff and be a good role model for your colleagues.
You work with care in everything you do, with significant personal responsibility, and have the ability to prioritize and lead others even under changing circumstances. Flexibility and collegial cooperation are of great importance in the assignment.

Requirements:
• Licensed nurse
• Previous experience in elderly care is meritorious
• Good knowledge of healthcare regulations
• Excellent Swedish language skills
• Knowledge of ICF and KVÅ documentation
• Familiarity with relevant national quality registries
Additional Information:
• Position type: Temporary, part-time
• Hours: 85%
• Work times: Day, evening, and weekend shifts
• Start date: By agreement
