The licensed nurse's specific competence is care, which includes both the scientific field of knowledge and patient-centered work based on a humanistic view of people. You are responsible for ensuring that our residents’ health care needs are met.
As a nurse, you lead and coordinate the care work. This means taking responsibility for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, both independently and in collaboration with the team, in partnership with the resident and their relatives. A key task is also to guide, support, and educate other care staff and serve as a good role model for your colleagues.
You work with care in everything you do, with a great sense of responsibility and the ability to prioritize and lead others even in changing circumstances. Flexibility and collegial cooperation are of great importance in this role.

• We seek a licensed nurse
• Previous experience as a nurse within elderly care and/or psychiatry is advantageous
• You need to have good knowledge of health and social care regulations
• You master the Swedish language well in both spoken and written forms
• We prefer that you have knowledge of documenting based on ICF and KVÅ
• We want you to have a good understanding of the national quality registers relevant to the operations
• A driver's license is required for some positions

Employment type: temporary position, full-time
Scope: 100% according to agreement
Start date: According to agreement We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Before a potential employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record. You must also be able to demonstrate your right to work in Sweden by presenting either EU/EES citizenship or a valid work permit.
