We are currently looking for a temporary coordinator for our housing support team, where we primarily work with individuals facing social psychiatric and neuropsychiatric challenges. Our operations in Värmdö are easily accessible from Slussen in about 30 minutes, with a direct bus service running every ten minutes. As a coordinator, you will be part of an engaged workgroup based in Gustavsberg. You will work closely with the unit manager and other coordinators in the unit. Your responsibilities include initiating and planning housing support interventions, managing the scheduling of assignments and employee schedules. You will also have a guiding role in the practical and daily work and will perform some housing support tasks yourself. Occasionally, you may need to step in and assist in our meeting place, which is open several days a week. You are also expected to collaborate closely with our partners and focus on operational development, which may lead to new routines and working methods. We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in working with people and is educated as a nursing assistant, mental health worker, social or treatment educator, social worker, or has other relevant qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer. You should have experience working in the fields of psychiatry and neuropsychiatry, as well as knowledge and experience in Motivational Interviewing (MI). It is an advantage if you are familiar with the personnel system Heroma and the financial system Proceedo, or if you are quick to learn new digital systems. A valid driver's license (B) is required. Working hours may vary based on the needs of the operation but are scheduled Monday to Friday. In addition to experience and competence, you should be flexible, attentive, responsible, calm, positive, and have a pedagogical approach. We place great emphasis on your personal suitability and maturity, your ability to be part of a team and take on a leadership role, to take initiative, and to work in a structured and independent manner. You should also be able to express yourself clearly and have a good ability to communicate verbally and in writing. For these positions, presenting a valid extract from the police criminal record is a prerequisite for employment.
