Åre Municipality is a Sami administrative municipality, and we welcome applicants who have linguistic and cultural knowledge of the Sami language. **JOB DESCRIPTION** As a personal assistant, you will provide close care and support in the individual's everyday life, based on their needs in their own home. The tasks include administering medication, tube feeding, handling aids, as well as liaising with healthcare professionals and providing support for social activities. This position is located in Hallen. The job requires you to be independent, meticulous, and responsible. You will collaborate with colleagues and work purposefully according to the implementation plan. We are looking for someone who is attentive, observant of signals, and has a genuine commitment to creating quality of life. You respect the individual's integrity and contribute to involvement in the community. Computer literacy and good proficiency in both written and spoken Swedish are required for documentation and communication with relatives, colleagues, and healthcare contacts. **QUALIFICATIONS** Experience in care is necessary to fulfill the role. The work is mainly carried out alone, so you need to be comfortable working independently in care. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and characteristics. **MISCELLANEOUS** The position is vacant, provided there is no redundancy, need for reassignment, or priority within the municipality.
