Description
We are seeking a temporary administrator for the Nature Conservation Department where we handle nature conservation matters.
The department consists of four units, two management units for protected nature, and units for wildlife and nature protection. We are now looking for a temporary substitute for the nature protection unit to handle case management. We offer interesting work tasks in nature conservation and collaboration with committed colleagues.
Work Tasks
In the role of nature conservation administrator, you will work with consultation matters, review of municipal beach protection dispensations, permits and dispensations in protected nature, and supervision according to the Environmental Code. Other nature conservation matters may also be relevant as the department collaborates with many competence areas within and outside the County Administrative Board to achieve nature conservation goals.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Scientific competence equivalent to university or college level
- Good ability to express yourself well verbally and in writing
- Good computer skills
- Valid B driver's license
Meritorious
- Documented knowledge of working with GIS
- Documented knowledge of the Environmental Code
- Documented knowledge of case management tool Platina
- Experience in handling nature conservation issues
