JOB DESCRIPTION
Ekenässkolan in Eslöv Municipality is seeking an engaged and creative wood and metal craft teacher for a temporary position lasting 3-6 months. The role encompasses 50-70% of full-time hours and may also include a mentoring role, depending on needs and your experience.
As a craft teacher with us, you will:
• Plan, implement, and evaluate instruction in wood and metal craft for students in grades 7-9
• Create a safe and inspiring learning environment where students' creativity and practical skills can flourish
• Be responsible for materials and tools in the craft classroom and ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with colleagues in the team and contribute to the school's collective development
• Possibly take on the responsibility of mentoring a small group of students

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
• Has previously worked in a school or other educational setting
• Has training in wood and metal craft, which is an advantage
• Is relationship-oriented, confident in your leadership, and has a positive and respectful approach towards students and colleagues
• Is flexible, responsible, and enjoys working practically and pedagogically
