About this role
We are now seeking a service-minded and driven customer service representative for our auto workshop. Tasks include booking customers for service and repairs, scheduling jobs for mechanics, processing customer payments, and ordering spare parts. You should have good knowledge of cars and speak and write Swedish fluently. A key focus is on providing excellent service and achieving customer satisfaction.
We want someone who is passionate about working with people and service. The ideal candidate easily connects with new people and thrives in a flexible work environment. You should also have a strong sense of service.
You should be:
• Engaged, responsible, and service-oriented
• Automotive technical education or experience in the automotive industry
• Organized
• Good computer skills
• Good English skills
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
This is a temporary position covering parental leave, limited employment up to one year on an hourly basis.
