Then this temporary position could be the opportunity for you! In this versatile role, you will become an important link in our operations, where we strive to unite technology and forestry with success! The temporary position extends from mid-February to mid-December 2026. With us, the forest, people, and businesses grow. As a temporary Key User for our timber procurement operations, you will play a central role in maintaining and developing our digital tools. Our goal is to optimize the timber purchasing process and ensure that we capitalize on today’s and tomorrow’s business opportunities. You will work closely with our timber buyers and other key personnel to ensure that our systems function optimally and are used effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal and external business systems, as well as training and supporting timber buyers in the digital tools used for their daily work. You will also have the opportunity to participate in development projects. Your main responsibilities and tasks include: • Training: You will train and support timber buyers and their managers in the IT systems under your responsibility. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that everyone quickly and effectively feels comfortable and becomes self-sufficient. • Supporting the business during changes: You will have an operational role in supporting the business during change processes, including ensuring a smooth transition to new IT systems and processes. • Security and safety: Through your knowledge, you will contribute to ensuring that our employees and customers feel secure and safe in how the IT systems function. • Development: You will be the link between our business unit and IT to contribute to the journey forward regarding digital development. You will be part of the Forest Owner Business Sweden (Local Purchases) process, where you will work in a team that collaborates closely on a daily basis. You will report to the head of Customer Experience, and your office location will be at one of our offices within the operational area. Who are we looking for? We believe you have a genuine interest in IT and technology and excel in communication and pedagogy. You have the ability to translate technical concepts into easily understandable language and find it both rewarding and enjoyable to train and support others. In this role, you will handle a varied set of tasks, from training to maintaining, optimizing, and developing existing processes. We see that you have knowledge of the forestry industry, either through education or professional experience. You also possess good IT skills and a strong interest in technology and digitalization. Skills and qualifications we believe you have: • Experience in the operation and/or development of business systems. Knowledge of Fagus Forest is particularly advantageous but not a requirement. • You have experience in training processes – from creating training materials to conducting training both individually and in groups. • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
