At RA Hospitality in Gothenburg, we are seeking a temporary Housekeeping Manager to lead a fantastic team in the Gothenburg area, with an immediate start. This position is a 5-month contract with the possibility of extension.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has at least 2 years of experience in room cleaning and housekeeping in hotels in Sweden
• Has previous experience in a leadership role within housekeeping
• Is inspiring, enthusiastic, and quality-oriented
• Has an eye for detail
• Possesses positive leadership skills and a sense of responsibility
• Loves to develop and coach employees
• Can speak and write in Swedish and English
We offer you:
• Salary according to agreement
• Work is scheduled on weekdays and every other weekend
Job responsibilities:
• A significant part of the job involves room inspections and follow-ups
• Cleaning of rooms and public areas
• Planning and scheduling of staff
• Leading, developing, and training cleaning staff
• Maintaining a quality level that aligns with the hotel's guidelines
• Result accountability
