About this role

Our mission in temporary staffing is to act as a coordinating unit between operations and contracted suppliers, enabling the activities of Region Gävleborg to continue when they lack internal personnel and/or expertise. We operate under the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and maintain a unified approach to work and interactions with the goal of fulfilling assignments based on the needs of our operations. We are currently seeking a temporary administrator for a one-year assignment within our team, with the possibility of extension. JOB DESCRIPTION As an administrator in temporary staffing, you will work operationally with the entire process surrounding the ordering, deployment, and follow-up of temporary healthcare staff. This role involves close contact with both internal departments and external suppliers—you are the link that ensures smooth collaboration. The job involves numerous points of contact and requires the ability to work in several systems simultaneously. Since we are a small unit, we value that you take significant responsibility and ownership in your work. You will actively contribute to developing our working methods and may also lead or participate in smaller projects related to the unit's development. In the role of HR administrator, you should have: • Relevant higher education, preferably in a social sciences field such as human resources or administration • Good computer skills and experience in administrative work • Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing • Experience in service-oriented work within a regulated environment where you have worked according to agreements or governing laws, and where you have needed to balance responsiveness with clarity. For this position, it is advantageous if you have experience in similar roles, for example, within staffing, procurement, or administration, and if you have experience interpreting and applying agreements.
