Are you driven by sales, customer contact, and building relationships? Does it sound exciting to develop our rental processes and contribute to our vision of zero vacancies? Then you might be the right person for a key role with us – as Group Leader for Residential Rentals. The position is a temporary role for the entirety of 2026, starting as soon as possible.
About the Role
As Group Leader, you will be responsible for developing a service-oriented and efficient rental process in the region. Your main task will be to proactively drive efforts towards low vacancy rates, as well as managing existing vacancies in close collaboration with area managers and rental agents.
The position is both operational and strategic, where you will work towards set goals – aiming for zero percent vacancy. To achieve our objectives, you will be business-minded, build trust, and adopt a sales-oriented approach. You will develop strategies to engage proactively and be present where Heimstaden's stakeholders are located.
Together, we create innovative solutions and test new working methods to develop the business. The work will take place across the entire region, where you will visit all offices and inspire the rental teams to achieve our common goals. In this role, you will have numerous personal contacts with both existing and potential tenants.
In this role, you will report to our Regional Manager. Our residential rental agents report to our area managers, where you will support and coordinate the rental efforts. The position will be based in one of our management locations: Norrköping, Katrineholm, or Linköping.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Drive development and collaboration in the region regarding rentals.
- Implement and follow up on the rental process, striving for quick and efficient leasing.
- Analyze vacancies, monitor results, and establish action plans together with area managers and rental agents.
- Continuously review and take action to increase the number of applicants per property.
- Work operationally with rentals throughout the region.
- Actively engage in marketing efforts.
Your Profile:
To succeed in this role, you are confident in coordinating and leading others, with a strong ability to plan, structure, and prioritize. You have a solid business understanding and experience in driving improvement initiatives. To thrive in this role, you have:
- Extensive experience in rentals, service, or sales.
- Good knowledge of marketing measures and rental law.
- Post-secondary education as a salesperson, broker, or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license (B).
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
