About the Role
• Responsible for planned maintenance and ongoing property management
• Responsible for minor maintenance projects
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
• Work commercially on improvement measures
• Maintain close contact with tenants, authorities, and contractors
As a property manager, you are responsible for the property portfolio from a technical and economic perspective, with a focus on business-mindedness. The role also involves numerous contact points, both internally and externally, and is suitable for someone who is solution-oriented, structured, and communicative.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in management, operations management, or project management in the housing industry
• Enjoys working in a business-oriented and proactive manner
• Has relevant education in property management or experience we deem equivalent
• Holds a Class B driver's license
