JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking more hourly substitutes in home care and special housing who want to help create a better everyday life for our users!
As an hourly substitute with us, you will work as needed, providing you with the flexibility to combine the job with studies, other employment, or leisure activities. As an hourly substitute, you will enter your available hours into Time Care Pool, which is our substitute management system. In the system, you will indicate your availability for work, and based on your available time, you will be asked to cover shifts during short-term absences in the operations. You will be part of a competent and warm team where collaboration and care are central.
Your responsibilities as an hourly substitute include, among other things:
• Personal care
• Documentation
• Performing tasks based on delegation from a nurse, such as administering medications
• Transfers
• Providing support during meals
• Service tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and shopping
• Participating in activities and contributing to a positive environment for the care recipients
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
Is a trained nursing assistant or wishes to work as a care aide; experience is advantageous but not a requirement.
You should have a genuine interest in people and a warm demeanor. You are responsible, flexible, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In Vårgårda Municipality, full-time work is the norm with the possibility of part-time. Since full-time positions are currently unavailable, this means that roles can be combined with other tasks or at another workplace.
