Vuollerim is a small, warm, and vibrant village located 40 kilometers south of Jokkmokk's urban area, right next to Road 97 where the Lule River meets its delta. Here you will find a shop, restaurant, school, and elderly care characterized by care and social connections. We are now looking for substitute staff who want to provide good care and support to our users here.
In this role, you will work in Vuollerim and the surrounding area, a region with a small-scale village environment where proximity to both people and nature is part of the daily work. As a substitute for home care and special accommodation, you contribute to providing support to users in their own homes, which is an important part of maintaining good service and security in a vibrant countryside.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a nursing assistant/care assistant, your tasks include providing a good quality of life for our users based on a person-centered approach. The work mainly consists of care and support tasks, as well as providing social support and guidance. Service tasks such as cleaning and laundry will also be performed. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively with others in the team. We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be familiar with using a computer for daily documentation. We use Pulsen Combine as our operational system.
Working hours are flexible based on the needs of the operation and your preferences. Our services are available around the clock.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a positive, engaged, and responsible person with good empathetic abilities. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are important parts of the job.
• You should have a nursing assistant education, or alternatively, other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent.
• A valid B driver's license is required for work in home care and night shifts.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, maturity, and ability to collaborate.
