WORK TASKS
In home care, you will provide support to clients based on their individual needs and wishes in their own home. You will work from your unit and follow routines and implementation plans that describe the services to be performed. Tasks vary depending on the client's needs and may include providing good and safe care, performing service tasks, contributing to social interaction, documenting in our digital systems, and managing medications and performing certain healthcare tasks delegated by a nurse.
Tasks will be adapted based on your education and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone who:
• Has completed training as a care assistant, nursing assistant, or equivalent education
• Has good computer skills
• Speaks Swedish fluently, both verbally and in writing
Meritorious:
• Several years of work experience
• Previous work experience in healthcare and social care
• Driving license (B)
