Summer/Temporary Position Available at Viktoriagården in Aspa Are you seeking a summer or temporary job? Welcome to Viktoriagården in Aspa. Viktoriagården is nestled in a beautiful and peaceful environment in the small town of Aspa along road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda/Gnesta. In our small village with 5 houses and a daily activity center, 10 adults live and work within LSS, first personal circle. We work in small staff groups around each individual to ensure the best possible continuity. We have approximately 50 permanent employees and around 15 hourly employees. We are currently seeking several temporary staff for our houses, with opportunities to work during illness and leave of regular staff. Good potential for extended temporary positions and/or future employment exists. Job responsibilities include supporting the primary individuals in their daily life and daily activities. As a person, you are attentive, curious, and responsible. You have good collaborative skills and can take independent initiative. The work is developmental with significant freedom under personal responsibility. Knowledge of low-affective approaches and experience with challenging behaviors is crucial. Experience with alternative communication, sign support, or visual aids is also valued. Candidates must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as documentation is part of the job responsibilities. A Class B driver's license is required to drive company vehicles during work. Work hours/schedule: Primarily full days (morning to late evening) or 24-hour shifts. We do not accept recruitment assistance. We recruit continuously, so do not delay your application.
