With our knowledge and experience, we at Falck Health and Work-Life work consultatively with customers by guiding them in what should be done and proposing how to implement it to contribute to positive work environments and achieve the best results for the customer. As a nursing assistant at Falck, you are the hub of the unit, the face outward to customers and customer employees, and work closely with your colleagues at the unit. Your work tasks include: • Ongoing management of incoming bookings in Falck's administrative system and through our switchboard • Customer service regarding various customer inquiries • Internal administration such as supporting colleagues in internal bookings and scheduling • Coordination of the workplace regarding purchases, invoice handling, mail management, etc. in close cooperation with the consultant manager • The position may also involve sampling, alcohol and drug testing, ECG, and spirometry We are looking for someone who: • Is a trained nursing assistant with a protected title certificate • Has good administrative skills and experience, as your tasks will primarily be of an administrative nature • Has good IT skills as the computer will be your primary work tool • Has experience in medical reception work, including sampling and ECG • Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written As a person, you have good communication skills and are driven by providing professional service and helping customers and colleagues. You are positive and flexible in your approach, able to work independently and collaboratively. Furthermore, you are solution-focused and work systematically and methodically. One-year full-time temporary position with good conditions for a permanent position. Employment rate 100% and start date January 15th or by agreement. Working hours on non-weekend weekdays 8 AM-5 PM. The position is located in Norrköping and involves travel between units and to customers in the local area, which requires a driver's license and access to a personal vehicle. Interested?
