We are Seeking We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent competence. We would like you to have experience as a team leader, scheduling, emergency care or pediatric care, and previous experience with maternity and childbirth care. Your Work Will Include You are a structured and service-oriented nursing assistant who wants to become an important part of our team. You will work in a broad and varied role providing administrative support to both colleagues and management. You enjoy order and precision, are detail-oriented, and collaborate easily. You will be a central point in the operation, connecting with nursing assistants, midwives, and transporters. Your responsibilities will include resolving short-term absences, redistributing resources considering competence, scheduling for nursing assistants and transporters, managing HR system tasks, planning onboarding for new personnel, conducting brief staff training, accounting and invoice approval, updating work descriptions, routines, and documents, and participating in recruitment processes in collaboration with unit managers.
