As a teacher, you will work together with your colleagues to inspire, stimulate, challenge, and enable each student to develop according to their conditions and achieve good results.
You are well-grounded in current governing documents and actively work with student influence and participation. Your work is based on a scientific foundation where you are responsible for the school working towards established goals and driving pedagogical development forward. We are seeking someone with a teaching certification qualified to teach Swedish and English in grades 4-6. It is meritorious if you are also qualified to teach mathematics in grades 4-6. In your work, you have a clear student focus, recognize the competent student, are engaged in pedagogical development work, and see opportunities rather than obstacles. You have strong knowledge in the subjects you teach. With your drive and commitment, you inspire your students. You are clear, goal-oriented, and believe it is important to have a good relationship with students, parents, and colleagues. In your work, you are positive and engaged, have good collaborative abilities, and feel comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Lackalänga School is a small F-6 school with an associated after-school program. It is a charming village school with wonderful surroundings and nature right around the corner. Together with Ljungen School, it is part of the Furulund school district. The schools have close collaboration and we value collegial learning. Together, we contribute to our students developing their abilities in a safe and stimulating learning environment. We have high teacher certification density and a shared drive to continue developing our schools. Evaluations show that our students are very satisfied, and the school demonstrates excellent results with high goal achievement every year.
