The Integration, Supply and Work Department is divided into labor market, housing issues, young adults, and financial assistance.
We are now seeking a temporary Social Secretary for Financial Assistance West.

We are a group of positive employees focusing on high-quality work, legal certainty, and excellent treatment of municipal citizens and collaborative partners. The unit also has two case supervisors to support daily work. External supervision and continuous skills development are offered. We provide one hour of wellness activities per week during work hours and a wellness allowance.

Work Tasks
As a Social Secretary in financial assistance, your primary tasks include investigating and assessing eligibility for assistance according to the Social Services Act and actively working with individuals to create life changes leading to self-sufficiency. We view financial assistance case management as a qualified social change work aimed at strengthening individual prerequisites for independent living. The work involves extensive contact and collaboration with other parties and authorities, requiring good knowledge of societal functions.
We operate from a solution-focused approach that permeates the entire work.
Qualifications
We seek candidates with a Social Work degree. You should have excellent ability to gather, analyze, assess, and communicate information and easily create conditions for collaboration with citizens, colleagues, and partners. We place significant emphasis on personal suitability.
A B driver's license is required.
