The licensed nurse's specific competence is nursing care. This encompasses both the scientific knowledge area and patient-centered work grounded in a humanistic view of people. You are responsible for ensuring our residents' healthcare needs are met.
As a nurse, you will lead and be responsible for care work. This means independently, in team collaboration, and in partnership with the resident and their loved ones, being responsible for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. An important task is also to guide, support, and educate other care staff and be a good role model for your colleagues.

Norlandia GoLife has 60 bright and modern apartments distributed across six units - for individuals with dementia and/or somatic conditions. The facility is surrounded by the exciting GoCo area, pleasant residential neighborhoods, and peaceful green spaces. The GoCo area includes service facilities such as restaurants and cafes. Requirements:
• Licensed nurse
• Previous experience in elderly care nursing is meritorious
• Good knowledge of healthcare regulations
• Excellent Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing
• Knowledge of documenting using ICF and KVÅ is appreciated
• Familiarity with relevant national quality registers

Scope: 100% by agreement
Start Date: By agreement
We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews will be conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Strong emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
