Vikenskolan is a K-9 school with over 640 students distributed across three stages. Vikenskolan is a newly built school with a fantastic working environment where both light and sound conditions are optimized.
The school values good relationships where both students and staff feel secure and comfortable. The sense of community at the school is an important part, where we collectively take responsibility for and create good conditions for each other's working environment.
Since the 22/23 school year, Vikenskolan has been part of a multi-year research project from Uppsala University - IBIS, inclusive behavioral support in schools. This permeates the school's quality work.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for planning, teaching, and following up on instruction in mathematics and science for grade 4. You will also be responsible for assessment related to your teaching. You will be a mentor and belong to a work team, sharing common tasks with your colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS
You are an educated and certified teacher in mathematics and science for grades 4-6. You have a positive attitude and the ability to create a good working climate among both students and staff. You are confident in your leadership, and like us, you understand that relationship-building is important.
