Description
Forsnäs School in Munkfors is now seeking an engaged and qualified teacher with a combination of mathematics and science for teaching grades 7-9.
This is a temporary position starting immediately until 12/19/2025, with potential extension. The position's scope may vary.
The organization is divided into two teams: grades 4-6 and 7-9. Each team is led by a team leader and has regular meetings where teachers work together with various student health professionals on issues concerning student learning and well-being. The school is characterized by a positive and forward-looking culture where development work is a natural part of everyday life.
At Forsnäs School, collaboration is an integral part of the work. The student health team has a clear presence in the school's operations and works closely with other staff to create a safe and supportive environment for all students.
Qualifications
We are looking for a licensed teacher with a teaching degree in mathematics and science. You are experienced, have strong subject expertise, and a strong commitment to contributing to student development and learning.
As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and have a desire to continuously develop. You enjoy trying new working methods and have an open, solution-focused approach to teaching. You are an engaged pedagogue with a clear student focus, someone who wants to make a difference and create added value for the students we collectively are responsible for each day.
We place great importance on your ability to be a clear pedagogical leader and a good role model. Here, you will have the opportunity to be involved in school development and positively influence operations.
Special competence or experience working with students with neuropsychiatric functional variations (NPF) is considered meritorious. Personal suitability will also be heavily weighted.
A current extract from the Police's criminal record register must be presented before potential employment.
