**About the Role and Your Responsibilities** As a teacher at Hedda Anderssongymnasiet, you will work alongside a number of colleagues in a pedagogical process team. Each team has a pedagogical process leader who guides the team's work in daily activities. The team is responsible for teaching several classes within a program where you will contribute your pedagogical expertise and subject knowledge. You will have a unique opportunity to influence how the new school's teaching is designed. Part of the instruction is project-oriented, and you will also collaborate with our external network to ensure that students' work is based on real challenges and presented to external stakeholders. As a teacher, you are expected to: - Collaborate with your colleagues on teaching that addresses current challenges in the world. - Contribute to concrete cooperation with external actors in subject-integrated project-based teaching. - Serve as a mentor for a group of students at the school. - Participate in the school's joint development work. **We Are Looking For You** Who holds a teaching certification for high school instruction in Spanish and English. This position is a temporary contract. We seek a skilled teacher with an interest in school development and experience in interdisciplinary approaches. Together, we are taking the first steps towards creating a better future for us all. Hedda started in 2018 and offers programs in economics, technology, social sciences, and natural sciences. Currently, Hedda Anderssongymnasiet has approximately 1,000 students and is growing each academic year. In the summer of 2023, we moved into our newly built school building on Svanevägen/Möllegatan, which accommodates 1,650 high school students and 350 elementary school students.
