The capabilities, experiences, interests, and willingness of each child to play and learn are the starting point for our preschools' activities. At Vitsippan Preschool, we have seven departments: Myran, Loppan, Trollsländan, Gräshoppan, Humlan, Fjärilen, and Nyckelpigan. The Nyckelpigan department is located in the former outdoor preschool facility Arnebou, now part of Vitsippan, situated in Haganäsparken. At Vitsippan Preschool, we prioritize play as the center of active learning. Our preschool is a place where children together create knowledge and meaning. Therefore, we offer an environment where children can explore using all their senses and in many different ways. TASKS You will actively work to create a stimulating and developmental environment where children are the focus. As a preschool teacher with us, you will help create the best possible conditions for both individual children's and the group's development and learning. You play an important role in creating a safe and educational atmosphere for our children. In many ways, you will always be nearby, ensuring that all children receive attention. We work closely across departments and support one another in our daily tasks. This means you need to be flexible, responsible, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating in engaged teams. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a trained and certified preschool teacher who approaches each child with respect, curiosity, and attentiveness. You have a good understanding of children's various learning styles and a genuine commitment to the preschool's mission. You should work according to our curriculum and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, as well as be familiar with the "Kronobarnsmodellen," a framework being developed by the municipalities of Kronoberg and Region Kronoberg.
