Substitute Teacher for Preschool/Kindergarten Class

We are looking for you who are experienced, committed, and positive Preschool Teacher who achieves good results with your students and works with a clear special educational perspective where inclusion and participation are two key concepts. You applying for the job must have a preschool teacher degree or equivalent qualification. You are well-versed in curriculum goals and work systematically with planning and formative assessment. You are responsive to students' and the organization's needs and can easily adapt your working methods to students' different conditions. You are a good role model for students and staff, and your core values align well with Västberga School. You have a strong ability to collaborate and communicate with students, guardians, and school personnel. You follow joint agreements and want to participate in Västberga School's development work. As a person, you are a clear pedagogical leader, possess calmness, and have tools to handle the commitment required of a class teacher with all its assignments. You need to identify with these four characteristics: engaged, methodical, creative, and secure in order to give our students the best chance to succeed in their schooling. The position will involve teaching in a preschool class together with another mentor. You will also collaborate with an after-school coordinator in the class who is part of the school day and your shared mission. You will plan instruction together with five other mentors, where cooperation and flexibility are of utmost importance.
