One-Year Temporary Position: Preschool Teacher 100%
Falkenberg Parish operates a preschool and after-school center in Skrea.
The preschool and after-school center are located in modern, child-care adapted facilities with proximity to a delightful outdoor environment. The preschool has opened an additional department and now has two departments with children aged 1-6 years.
Based on the preschool's guiding documents, you will work with teaching and education for children aged 1-5 years. You will become part of our team of preschool teachers and childcare workers, collectively responsible for pedagogical development in a stimulating learning environment where all children receive care and opportunities to learn and develop according to their conditions.
Good communication with colleagues, children, and guardians is a crucial part of the work. We seek someone with a reflective approach to children's learning, capable of challenging both children and themselves. You should also view digital tools as natural resources to use with children for communication, creation, and learning together.
Qualifications
We are seeking a trained and licensed preschool teacher well-grounded in the preschool's mission. Those still completing their certification or near the end of their education are also welcome to apply. Some years of preschool work experience is advantageous.
You have a well-developed collaborative ability and value and work towards trusting relationships. The position may involve some administrative tasks, so we seek someone open and interested in such work.

For this position, we require membership in the Church of Sweden and alignment with its values.
This is a one-year temporary position with potential for extension.
