Welcome to Sollentuna Municipality Edsberg Support Housing is located in Edsberg Center, near Edsberg Castle and the picturesque Edsviken. The housing belongs to the social psychiatry area and has ten spots for individuals with psychiatric disabilities. The housing operates daily, year-round. We are now seeking a substitute for regular staff absences. The temporary position is for three months with potential for extension. Job Description Edsberg Support Housing is a place where we offer support and guidance to our service users. The goal is to help them maintain and strengthen their independence in life and participation in society on equal terms. Key Responsibilities As a substitute at Edsberg Support Housing, you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding our residents in their daily lives. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating a safe and stable environment where residents feel seen and heard - Actively participating in planning and implementing individualized support measures tailored to each person's needs and goals - Building strong and positive relationships with residents by being available and responsive to their wishes and challenges - Collaborating with colleagues and external actors to ensure a holistic approach to support and the best possible service for residents - Maintaining a structured and secure work environment where routines and guidelines are carefully followed Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives and ready to take on the challenge of this temporary position. The ideal candidate has: - Personal maturity: Ability to understand and manage your own emotions and support others in their development - Flexibility: Can adapt to changing circumstances and be open to new ideas and working methods - Stability: Offers a secure and stable presence for both colleagues and service users - Collaborative skills: Enjoys teamwork and actively works to create a positive and inclusive work environment - Structured approach: Good planning abilities and can maintain focus on goals while managing daily work Qualifications You should have a qualification as a mental health nurse or social worker and experience with the target group. We prefer candidates who have worked with ESL, independent living, and MI. Additionally, you need to have: - Collaborative ability: You will work in a team with other professionals, so it's important that you enjoy collaborating and communicating effectively - Structured approach: We seek someone who can organize and structure work in a way that benefits both colleagues and residents Work Schedule You will work on a rotating schedule with varying work hours.
