The Social Administration is responsible for measures, support, and services for individuals and families in the municipality. Our operations are primarily governed by the Social Services Act, the LSS Act, and the Health Care Act, and must implement services regulated by these laws. All operations are centered around the individual to meet their needs. The role requires a strong customer focus and a spirit of service.
In the Individual and Family Care department, we handle authority matters within various parts of social services. We also provide open care for adults, children, and families. We are a workplace with about 180 employees, both men and women of varying ages and years of experience in the profession. We strive for a workplace characterized by lawful processing for our clients/users and a good working environment for our employees.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a social worker focusing on resources and placements, we primarily work on recruiting task providers in the form of contact persons, contact families, emergency families, specially appointed guardians, external treatment homes, etc. We investigate, analyze, and assess the suitability of task providers and facilitate matching.
The role includes training, supporting, and guiding task providers. We establish agreements and ensure compensation.
Task providers have assignments according to SoL, LVU, LVM, and LSS. The work is based on applicable legislation and established guidelines and routines. The job also involves quality development and any other tasks that arise within the unit.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or another higher education that the employer deems equivalent. You have at least one year of experience in social work.
You are well-organized and plan your work effectively, operating according to a clear process where you complete what you have started. You set timelines and meet deadlines.
As a person, you are stable and self-assured. You handle stress and pressured situations constructively and maintain a good mood even in adversity. You possess a realistic perspective and can focus on what is important in each situation.
You take initiative in social settings, find it easy to connect with others, and enjoy collaborating. Through your engagement, you contribute to a positive work environment and good relationships, both with colleagues and those you encounter in your work.
