Stureskolan is a F-6 school located in the center of Hedemora. Approximately 300 students attend the school, and we have four after-school departments. The staff at Stureskolan work in teams, with each team focusing on a specific grade or subject area.

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will plan, implement, and evaluate teaching at Sturegatan 21, including emergency school and instruction for students with adapted study paths or those belonging to a special education group. You will work in a team that includes a social pedagogue and a student assistant. The size of the teaching group may vary over time.
Together with your team, you will evaluate, develop, and improve the teaching in consultation with the class teachers. You will also document, follow up, and communicate goals and progress with students and guardians.
You will have the support of Stureskolan and the Central Student Health professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed teacher for grades F-3 or F-6.
We expect you to communicate clearly and effectively, with the ability to motivate and inspire students to embrace new knowledge. You should be flexible in adapting your teaching to ensure that each student can develop according to their abilities.
You also have a strong ability to find collaborative methods and build good relationships with students and colleagues.
You can adapt your teaching and create an inclusive classroom environment that contributes to well-being, a conducive learning atmosphere, and effective learning.
Personal suitability will be taken into account.
A criminal record check is required for employment.
