**Responsibilities**
- Manage the play area according to the company's concept and principles
- Oversee daily operations in accordance with Leo's 4S - Safety, Cleanliness, Service, and Sales
- Work towards set goals and key performance indicators, and be responsible for the operation's results
- Drive and develop service and upselling
- Ensure safety, fire, and working environment standards
- Handle purchasing and inventory
- Prepare and serve simple meals
- Organize parties
The role is primarily operational, where you will be part of your team.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone with practical leadership experience from previous employment. You should have a genuine interest in leadership and guide your environment by being a role model. A requirement is that you are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience in the service or restaurant industry, particularly in the kitchen, is advantageous. As a person, you are a positive team player with a business mindset motivated to achieve set goals. It is important that you are structured and resilient under pressure, as the pace is often high. **Additional Information**
The position is a full-time temporary role starting December 1 and lasting until the end of August 2026. The position will be filled upon agreement. Working hours vary, but a requirement is that you work every other weekend. We are affiliated with a collective agreement.
