Your Future Tasks
You will be part of the after-school care team together with qualified staff. You will take responsibility for after-school activities together with your colleagues in all aspects of developing pedagogical work.
Work time will mostly be during school hours and afternoon care, but may also include some morning care times. The assignment includes supporting the school in the morning with activities such as break supervision and resource support in classrooms. You may guide, support, and motivate students individually or integrated into class activities.
Other tasks include working with school staff to plan activities adapted to students' needs.
The position will be filled subject to necessary decisions.
Who Are You?
We are seeking a certified primary school teacher specialized in after-school care or with after-school pedagogy qualifications. Previous experience with after-school activities and working with children with special needs is considered meritorious.
Knowledge and experience with low-affective approach is also seen as meritorious for the position. It is important that you are a secure person with an approach that aligns with the school's values.
Since we work in teams, your ability to collaborate and be adaptable is important. We value being structured, engaged, and communicative, as we work in teams that require close collaboration with students' parents and teaching teachers. You find working with students stimulating and have a positive student perspective, meaning you start from the belief that students can and want to learn. You create trusting relationships with students and parents.
Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
