Assistant Deputy Store Manager – Ahlsell Uppsala South

Your Role as Deputy Store Manager
As deputy store manager, you are a positive force and role model in the store. You lead with heart, build relationships, and create conditions for each employee to develop and succeed. You help drive sales, plan activities, and ensure our customers receive world-class service.
The position involves personnel responsibility for approximately 5 employees.
You will work closely with the store manager and be involved in:
• Coaching and inspiring your employees
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and developmental work environment
• Leading daily operations and distributing tasks
• Setting and following up sales goals
• Executing campaigns and activities
• Collaborating with inside sales staff in the store
• Planning and conducting mini-fairs with suppliers
• Developing a strong sales culture focused on customer benefit and joy
