As part of our quality team, you will work to ensure and improve the quality of our processes and services. You will be a crucial team member helping to maintain high standards in our work. The position is based at our modern office in Stockholm, Hammarby Sjöstad.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience from large telecommunications companies.
• Has experience in sales and customer interaction.
• Is social, easy to communicate with, and enjoys teamwork.
• Has good computer skills and knowledge of various systems.
• Experience with Excel is a plus, but not required.
