We strive for a mix of skills and experiences in our kitchens, which means we can offer you, an experienced cook, a developing workplace. But we also warmly welcome those who are completely new to our industry. You don't need to be a trained chef or have several years of experience; instead, what you may lack in knowledge can be compensated for with a strong desire to learn!

Pinchos is a restaurant concept based on an original Swedish idea from Gothenburg in 2012. The head office is also established in Gothenburg. In addition to offering a wide and varied selection of small dishes in extravagantly decorated venues, Pinchos stands out as the world’s first app-based restaurant. Since our launch, our guests have embraced us, our app, and our food wholeheartedly. In 2014, the concept was opened up for franchisees, and in 2017, international expansion began. Currently, the chain has over 70 restaurants and is steadily growing.
